The Air Force Falcons moved to the new Mountain West Conference for the 2016 season and play in the Mountain Division. They played as members of the AAC West Division during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
The Air Force Falcons play home games at Falcon Stadium, the second highest field in CFBHC at 6,621 feet above sea level. The field is aligned in the traditional north-south configuration and is situated on the grounds of the United States Air Force Academy southeast of the academic campus.
