In a bizarre move, the Seattle Seahawks cut WR Ken Peelle upon the completion of the regular season opting not to have him on the team for the playoffs. Denver offered him $15 million to join the Broncos for the playoffs, an offer matched by the Tennessee Titans, who was the Broncos opponent in the Wild Card Round. Ultimately Peelle signed with the Broncos and would help them secure two playoff victories.

In the preseason, various media personalities would predict Denver to finish last in the AFC West. With the Week 17 win over Oakland, Denver would secure the AFC West title, and dash Oaklands playoff hopes.

ProBowl

Two Broncos players made the Pro Bowl, C John Zatkoff and FS Gray Corbin. In addition, Head Coach Bingo451 was named the head coach of the AFC Pro Bowl Squad. GM DescretoBurrito was named NFLHC Executive of the Year.

Denver was the only team to complete 2018 without a loss at home.
