The 2022 Washington Redskins season is the sixth season for the franchise in NFLHC.
Things got off to an inauspicious start when brightfalls abruptly abandoned the franchise for reasons unknown during the draft. This caused the Redskins to forfeit both their third-round picks and the league completed drafting for them after that. A search for a new front office began afterwards, and former Dolphins GM HAFFnHAFF purchased the franchise. He quickly hired former Pittsburgh Steelers scout stinsy to be the Redskins General Manager.
Under new management the Redskins hoped to make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history, and their 7-4 record after beating the Chicago Bears in week 12 gave hope. But Washington lost three out of their last four to knock them out of contention once again.

- Traded their 2022 first-round selection (#19, ILB Tyrese Thompson to the Titans for their 2022 first-round selection (#26, CB Tre'Davious Dikes) and 2022 third-round selection (#90, forfeited).
- Traded OG Marcus Slade to the Giants for WR Patrick Lambert and their 2023 fourth-round selection.
- Traded DT David Lee to the Dolphins for DT Steve Poole and a conditional 2023 seventh-round selection.
