The 2023 Seattle Seahawks season is the eighth season for the franchise in NFLHC. After their unexpected division title in 2022, Seahawk fans were hoping for a repeat performance. But the team dedicated themselves to a youth movement on offense (the trade for TE Scott Howard notwithstanding), and started second-year player Tucker Dowden at quarterback instead of incumbent Jarius Jones. The offense took some time to find their footing, and the defense was unable to bail them out as they had in years past. The team slumped to a 5-11 record.
